The Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, senior marketing leader to take ownership of Group-wide marketing performance.
This is more than a traditional brand role. You’ll lead an internal agency-style function servicing multiple business units, each with different customers, growth goals, and go-to-market needs. You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, ensuring the right mix of brand, digital, customer acquisition, communications, and team capability across the portfolio.
You’ll work closely with General Managers, the Executive Team, and business leaders to turn strategy into measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Group Marketing Leadership
Develop and own the overarching Wolfbrook Group marketing strategy aligned to group and subsidiary strategic plans.
Ensure each subsidiary has a clear marketing roadmap with defined targets and consistent brand positioning.
Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning and performance frameworks across the group.
Build a high-performance marketing function with best-in-class systems, tools and capability.
Internal Agency Leadership
Run a high-performing central marketing function that services multiple businesses efficiently and effectively.
Build strong internal partnerships with stakeholders across the Group.
Establish clear workflows, briefing processes, service standards, and delivery cadence.
Ensure the team can move quickly while maintaining quality.
Brand & Communications
Build, protect and evolve the Wolfbrook brand architecture across all subsidiaries.
Ensure brand consistency, compliance and differentiation across all customer and investor touchpoints.
Lead external communications including PR and media.
Oversee content strategy, storytelling and corporate messaging.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Lead digital strategy including websites, digital advertising, marketing automation and analytics ecosystems.
Drive data-led marketing initiatives across digital channels, including paid media, organic, SEM/SEO and social platforms.
Oversee the design and optimisation of digital funnels to grow revenue
Ensure marketing directly supports commercial outcomes (e.g., project sell-down, investor acquisition, tenant engagement).
Customer Experience & Lifecycle Management
Lead group-wide customer experience standards and feedback loops.
Work with Ops, Sales and Product teams to continually improve end-to-end customer outcomes.
Team Leadership
Develop, mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team with expertise across creative, digital, content, operations and analytics.
Build capability, structure and systems to support scalable growth across the Group.
Risk, Compliance & Governance
Ensure all marketing activities meet legal, regulatory and ethical requirements—particularly within financial services.
Oversee internal policies for social media, brand use and marketing approvals.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Group CEO, GMs, CFO, General Counsel and Business Unit Heads to align marketing with company-wide initiatives.
Support Board-level reporting and presentations on brand performance and marketing ROI.
