H&S Compliance Administrator
Our contract delivery caries a high level of complexity and requires concise outcomes. This role will be challenging and require a high degree of competence across a multiplicity of demands from our team, particularly the General Manager and the Project Managers.
We are seeking a person to join our team and support our business growth carrying out H&S/Admin duties. We need a capable individual who is looking for an interesting and varied role working with an amazing team of both staff and clients to ensure we retain our great reputation in delivering safe project outcomes with accuracy.
The ideal candidate will be experienced and highly organised and take a leading role in facilitation of our programmes. You will be working with both our office and field teams, delivering and supporting our H&S / Admin systems to a high standard and sometimes to demanding timeframes and expectations.
This dynamic and demanding role is currently part time, up to 30 hours a week but has the potential to become a full-time position. The H&S Compliance Administrator position will be working alongside the General Manager and Office Manager.
Duties will include:- Preparation of H&S documentation for ongoing projects such as SSSP, JSEA, SOPs
- H&S documentation for clients & tenders
- Incident investigation and reviews
- Accreditation submissions such as Sitewise and Safetree
- Maintain field operations requirements
- Maintain compliance including vehicle compliances
- Providing admin support to managers including report preparation
- Employee training records and support training plans
- General office administration
- Experience in an H&S role (qualifications an advantage)
- Previous office admin experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and oral communication
