Customer Support & Office Administrator Part-Time

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated person to join our team and support our customers while learning a range of office, sales, and social media skills. This role is well suited to someone starting their career, returning to work, or looking for flexible part-time hours.
Our customers are our top priority, and this role plays an important part in making sure they feel supported and well looked after.
About the roleYou’ll help with day-to-day office and customer support, including:
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Supporting customers with payments and account queries
- Assisting with sales and general administration
You’ll be supported to learn our systems. Experience with CRM systems, Xero, or uCollect is helpful but not essential.
You’ll also:
- Help with simple sales and business support tasks
- Assist with Facebook page setups, posts and short videos (reels)
- Help create flyers and support local promotions and community activities
- Learn how we identify new customers and business opportunities
- Friendly and comfortable talking with customers
- Willing to learn and try new tasks
- Organised and reliable
- Interested in office work, customer service, or sales
- Basic computer skills and confidence using social media
- Part-time: 15–20 hours per week
- Flexible hours across 3–4 days, Monday to Friday
- Can fit around study, school hours, or other commitments
