A. Multi-Site Cleaning Operations Manager
We are looking for a disciplined and motivated Multi-Site Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee cleaning teams across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage staff, rosters, site standards, client expectations, and daily operations.
Key responsibilities include: supervising cleaning teams across multiple sites; ensuring high cleaning and safety standards; managing rosters, supplies, and site inspections; supporting staff training and performance; andmaintaining strong client relationships.
This is full-time permanent role with a minimum of 40 hours per week at a wage rate of $30.00/hour. A minimum of three years of cleaning operations or facilities management experience is required for this role alongside clean drug and criminal checks.Clean full driving licence is also a requirement for the role. B. Commercial CleanersWe are looking for two (2) dedicated commercial cleaning staff to join our team in Dunedin.
This full-time, permanent role involves all aspects of commercial cleaning and sanitising of buildings and offices. Tasks include collection and disposal of rubbish, dusting, vacuuming, carpet and floor cleaning, glass cleaning, high dusting, and cleaning of bathrooms, toilets, urinals, kitchens, and stairwells.You will also receive training to operate machinery for scrubbing, stripping, waxing, polishing, and burnishing floors.
Working hours are scheduled between 3:00 PM and 1:00 AM. To be considered for this role, you must be physically fit, hold a full driver’s license, and be able to pass both criminal and drug checks.
The position offers a pay rate of $25.00 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours and up to 40 hours of work per week. Please upload CV with three contactable work referees.
