Key Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Goals: Set and monitor sales targets, develop business strategies, and implement marketing or promotional campaigns to increase profitability.

Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Inventory and Merchandising: Monitor stock levels, place orders, manage inventory, and ensure proper product displays and visual merchandising standards.

Administrative Duties: Prepare reports on sales, buying trends, and profits; manage budgets and financial records; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
