About the Role This role reports to the Regional Occupational Health Manager and provides senior leadership for the Occupational Health service across the assigned districts(s).The role provide advice to local operations managers, fostering strong collaborative relationships to ensure consistent and effective service delivery.
It provides recommendations to the Occupational Health leadership team and partners on the delivery of strategic initiatives.The position is responsible in partnership with the Regional Occupational Health Manager for local engagement with key external stakeholders outlined in this position description and ensures active participation of workers in matters related to Occupational Health.The primary purpose of the role is to: Have responsibility for coordinating, monitoring, and improving service delivery of Occupational Health services, ensuring quality, safety and employee centred careImplement service strategies that align to service KPIsLead and manage Occupational Health teams in assigned District(s)Working for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
