Baker or bakers assistant
Description
We are looking for more staff to fill vacant roles in our artisan bakery, Baker & or Kitchen Assistant.If you think you could fill this position, please send a cover letter (with your CV), stating why you are applying for a position in our business.
Duties do include: Food Preparation, making of products, ensure the kitchen, utensils, and equipment are clean throughout the day, adhere to all food safety and food hygiene standards and ensure a safe working environment. Packing of products ready for shipping out.
What we’re looking for:
A love for baking and a keen eye for presentationExperience or wanting to learn how to make a variety of baked goods, from pastries to cakes and beyond
Creativity in developing new recipes and adding a unique touch to our offerings
Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to quality
Good communications skills along with presentation skills
Good team worker & a quick learner
Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or appropriate paperwork.

Join us in making every bite something special. You do not need to be qualified but at least know your way around a kitchen and be able to make and cook good wholesome products. Working Conditions: Early morning start time 5.30am on Tuesdays, from 6.00am other days. (Wednesday to Saturday)
