Paper Wings is looking for a part-time Retail & Customer Services Assistant to join our cheerful team in Lower Hutt.
This unique role blends the joy of retail with the trusted responsibilities of serving NZ Post customers, as we proudly host Lower Hutt’s NZ Post agency on site.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Welcoming and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism
- Handling retail transactions, restocking shelves, and keeping the store inviting
- Providing NZ Post services with accuracy and care
- Supporting a team culture that values enthusiasm, reliability, and kindness
- A friendly, can-do attitude and great communication skills
- Confidence in handling customer queries and multitasking
- A commitment to professionalism and attention to detail
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
- Have previous retail or postal experience (but we’re happy to train the right person!)
- Love creating positive moments for others
- Enjoy working in a team that celebrates creativity and connection
