Your role will include:- Overseeing shift operations leading service and helping with events, functions and training
- Maintaining top-quality service and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere
- Assisting the Venue Manager within aspects of the company
We’re after someone who’s reliable, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced, beer-loving environment. You’ll need to bring a blend of leadership, hospitality know-how, and genuine enthusiasm.
Our ideal candidate would have:- Full availability – including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
- A current LCQ and Manager’s Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience (duty management preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and ability to stay cool under pressure
