GreenLinc is a well-established and growing nursery business based in Selwyn. We supply both retail and trade customers with high-quality plants and take pride in delivering excellent service, expert advice, and a well-presented retail environment.

We are now looking for a reliable and hardworking Truck Driver / Landscape Labourer to join us.

This is a varied, hands-on position combining truck driving with on-the-ground landscape labouring. No two days will be the same.

Your key duties will include:

Driving a Class 2 truck to and from job sites
Assisting with landscape labouring duties when not driving
Supporting the team with loading, unloading, and site preparation
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

Hours are Monday to Friday, approximately 45-50 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in what you do, and works well in a small team environment. It's important that you don't mind jumping out of the truck and getting stuck in when needed!

Must-haves:

Class 2 licence or above
WTR endorsements (advantageous but not essential)
Minimum 2 years' experience preferred
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Able to work unsupervised and show initiative
Clean, full driver licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Positive, can-do attitude
Team player who's happy to help wherever needed
Takes pride in delivering tidy, professional work
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
