Warehouse Operator
A bit about your role
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient movement and storage of products, including finished goods and inwards materials. You’ll be responsible for operating reach forklifts and other warehouse machinery to keep goods moving efficiently, while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring traceability across all warehouse activities.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll work closely with warehouse and logistics teams, production managers, and quality officers to keep operations running smoothly and meet high standards of safety and compliance. This role requires the ability to consistently lift up to 25kg and operate a reach forklift with a current licence.A bit about you
You are a team player with proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. You bring strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Your proactive approach, commitment to quality, and willingness to learn will set you up for success. Forklift experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems are essential, and we’re keen to support your development if you’re ready to grow with us.A bit about the organisation
