This role would suit someone new to the work force, that is keen to learn about the HDD Industry
No experience needed, just the right attitude.In this role, the expectation is you will, assist with the day-to-day operations of the business ensuring effective warehouse processes & excellence in customer service delivery.
On any given day you will be preparing outbound deliveries, pick/pack a range of products, carry out local/out of town deliveries.
You will be learning a variety of skills while working, including parts interpretation which could lead into Sales skills for the right candidate.
Operating the Forklift to move heavy products around the yard and warehouse
Customer service - customer deliveries to site and some customer interaction required
Some basic computer work
About you- Strong attention to detail
- Some mechanical aptitude is required
- Proactive problem-solver
- Good numeracy/literacy skills
- To be fit and be able to work on your feet all day when required
- Ability to repeatedly lift heavy materials and equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift licence or be willing to obtain a forklift licence
- Be able to drive a manual vehicle (our delivery truck is manual)
- Be willing to obtain a HV license
- Must be eligible to work in NZ
