Requirements Minimum 3 years of work experience in Indian or Indo-Chinese or Nepalese Cuisine
Key responsibilities- Maintaining Hygiene Standard of the restaurant
- Preparing kitchen stock and ingredients
- Preparing and cooking foods to high standard
- Assist Chefs to ensure a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verify all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance
- Keep cooking station stoked, especially before and during prime operation hours
- Work with chef to maintain kitchen organization
- Work in an orderly and disciplined manner in the kitchen during working hours.
- Follow the food control plan provided
- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen premises according to the restaurant standard
- Collaborate closely with other staff member
- Any other tasks delegated by director or chef or duty manager to run day to day restaurant and bar operation
- Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including food preparation, and dish plating.
- May need to work in any section of the restaurant if required.
