This role requires someone who wants to work 16 hours per week.This is a permanent role.As a ward clerk you will:Provide clerical support to one of the General Medicine wardsBeing the first point of contact for visitors and internal clients to the service and providing a high-quality customer-focused approach through face to face and telephone contact.Perform various administrative tasks associated with the smooth operation of the clerical aspects of the service; including data entry of Patient Information into the relevant IS systems and administration of clinical records and associated documentationFor further details, please refer to the position description here.About youAs an ideal candidate for this role, you will:Have at least 2 years of admin/reception experience (experience in the health sector is beneficial)Be proficient in computer skills and MS OfficeHave excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsWorking at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
