Workshop Administrator / Customer Service Role
Russell’s Paint & Panel is a long-established family-owned and operated business that has been part of the Marlborough community since 1947. We specialise in quality automotive restoration and collision repair.
We are looking for a reliable, organised, and people-focused person to join our team in a key administrative and customer service position.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, so confidence communicating with people and strong attention to detail are essential.
The role involves: Customer communication, bookings, administration, and vehicle coordination to support the smooth running of the office.

- Works well within a close-knit team
- Full or Restricted New Zealand driver licence required
Hours: Full-time permanent position
Monday to Friday7:00am – 4:00pm
