About the Role
As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in creating superior customer experiences while supporting the day-to-day operation of our store. You will be confident working with high-value products, providing expert advice, and helping customers celebrate life's special moments.
What We're Looking For- Minimum 5 years' sales experience in a premium or luxury retail environment
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A team player and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Comfortable using technology, point-of-sale systems, and digital communication tools
- Confidence learning and adapting to new technology
- Professional presentation
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
