Oversee operational and strategic planning to driveefficiency.' Manage budgets, business planning, and financialperformance.' Ensure service quality, risk management, andcompliance with healthcare standards.' Develop and implement service improvementinitiatives.' Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders,including clinical leaders and healthcare providers.' Participate in a 24/7 on-call management roster.You will bringA tertiary qualification in healthcare, business management, or a related field (or equivalent leadership experience).At least 5 years' experience in a management or leadership role, ideally within healthcare or a complex service environment.Experience working within Allied Health or multidisciplinary clinical services, or the ability to demonstrate strong understanding of how these services operate within a hospital setting.Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, service planning, and performance management.Proven ability to lead and influence across professional groups, building trusted relationships with clinical and operational leaders.A commitment to cultural responsiveness and achieving equitable health outcomes for all, including Māori communities.Our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusionWe want to see the real you in your application and welcome the real you on board if you come and work with us.
