The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead our daily field operations and support our continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on service delivery, team performance, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and schedule cleaning teams across multiple residential and commercial sites
  • Promote services to new clients and support business development initiatives
  • Monitor cleaning performance to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation are maintained
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections
  • Coordinate procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Maintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to service feedback
  • Assist senior management in operational planning and business development
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and operational reports

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in service operations or team management
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning industry standards, equipment, and safety protocols
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Valid New Zealand driver’s license
  • Functional communication in English (Portuguese and Spanish a plus)
  • Must be drug and alcohol free
