Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our growing cleaning business in Auckland
The successful applicant will have a relevant qualification or experience and must be a great team player, with a strong customer focus.

The role is full-time with a competitive pay rate

Key Responsibilities :

The role involves helping Business development initiatives with promoting services to new clients

Monitor cleaning performance to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation are maintained. Respond promptly to service feedback
Organising the roster and liaising with customers and staff.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections
Inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Maintain accurate records, follow up on accounts enquired, timesheets, and operational reports

To apply for this role, you must:

Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience or qualification
Be great with people
Keen and enthusiastic
Have great communication skills
Have good computer skills
Have a reliable Transport

Must be drug and alcohol free
