Civil Construction Supervisor
Wellington
Taylors have secured significant work in Wellington and are on the lookout for a new Construction Supervisor to join our team. Beyond this immediate work, projects may be at other relevant locations, not specifically Wellington, therefore working away arrangements may need to be considered.
The successful candidate will:- Support the delivery of various civil engineering projects by undertaking ownership of, and responsibility for the day-to-day operational aspects of projects
- Lead and support staff, motivating them to complete projects on time and to required standards. This role has responsibility for plant, people and productivity
- Ensure that client and stakeholder relationships are strongly and positively supported
- Has a positive outlook, friendly attitude, and willingness to adapt to the work as and where required
- Is a team player
- Has a broad range of skills in the civil sector
- Is able to operate machinery, with the correct licenses
- Has good written and verbal skills and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and work to deliver profitability within job budgets
