We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to join our team. If you’re looking for a new challenge and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment—this could be your next step.
As HVAC Foreman, you’ll take a leadership role in delivering a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC installation projects, including:
Fancoil and air handler unitsExtraction systems
Chillers, VRF, and refrigerant systems
Boiler systems
Copper and steel brazed, welded, and crimped piping systems
Seismic bracing installations
You will:
Oversee installation to design specifications and guide the process on-siteLead and manage a team of up to 6 technicians
Monitor on-site labour and material usage
Collaborate with project managers to meet key deadlines
Mentor and support HVAC apprentices
What’s on Offer
Hourly rate: $39 – $46/hr (based on skills, experience, and leadership capability)Guaranteed minimum: 44 hours per week
Overtime: Time and a half after 44 hours + lieu day for statutory holiday work
Weekly tool allowance3 structured check-ins per year with your manager including at least 1 performance pay review

About You
You’re a certified HVAC Installer with proven foreman experience, known for high standards and team leadership. You bring:
Strong execution across ducting, HVAC equipment, and seismic installationsA safety-first mindset and thorough understanding of QA processes
Excellent communication, planning, and people development skills
A confident grasp of digital tools to complete job tasks and reporting
The Projects
You’ll work across commercial and industrial HVAC and electrical projects, with values ranging up to $4M on construction sites worth up to $100M. With a full in-house design team, you’ll enjoy strong collaboration between the field and the office.
