This new chapter is launching soon, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to come on board and be part of the journey!

The Role:

We are on the hunt for a capable Chef to join the team in a full-time capacity. You’ll play a key role in our kitchen, from prepping and cooking delicious dishes to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.

A day in the life:
  • Ensure everything runs like clockwork, keeping the kitchen efficient and lively.
  • Prepare mouth-watering menu items, taste-test, and perfect each dish before it hits the table.
  • Use top-notch ingredients and uphold our high standards for business and safety.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain our food and equipment stocks.
The ideal person will have:
  • Experience working in a commercial kitchen
  • National Certificate in Cookery (Level 3 or 4) or equivalent (desirable)
  • The ability to comfortably communicate to all levels of the business
  • Demonstrate an ability to plan, prioritise and organise work
  • Genuine passion for hospitality
  • The ability to work well as part of a team, and be efficient while working individually
