This permanent full-time position offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.In this role, you will:Manage referrals, waitlists, and outpatient appointment bookings for Counties Manukau patients.Support the Acute Allied Health service by ensuring efficient outpatient scheduling.Contribute to the smooth operation of the team, providing high-quality administrative support to clinicians and patients.
About YouYou are someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys variety, and takes pride in delivering excellent administrative and customer service support. You will have:Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to stay organised and efficient under pressure.Previous administration experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

To excel in this role, you will have:Minimum 2 years administration/clerical experience.Minimum 2 years customer service experience.Intermediate computer literacy.Strong teamwork skills.Excellent written and spoken communication.
