Office Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Auckland.

As an Office manager, you shall be responsible for a range of tasks that make an office run smoothly, including administrative duties, staff supervision and financial work.

Position-Office Manager X1
Location-Auckland
Pay rate- $24 per hour depending on your profile

Working Hours- 30 to 40 Per week and Weekend availability is required.

Your duties will be:-
  • Supervise and plan the work of other administrative staff.
  • Interview and train staff.
  • Manage budgets, accounts, payroll, and prepare financial reports.
  • Ensure the office meets health and safety requirements.
  • Manage facilities and supply ordering.
  • Respond to customer enquiries.
  • Organise meetings, manage events, and take minutes.
  • Maintain records, computer files, databases.
Requirements:-
  • Must have at least 3 yrs experience or a bachelor's degree or higher if you do not have relevant work experience
  • Experience in payroll.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with policies, processes and compliance.
