- Problem-Solving: Every day brings fresh challenges. You’ll need to think clearly and act decisively, often with incomplete information.
- Health & Safety: We are ISO-accredited. Maintaining high safety standards and building a culture of care is non-negotiable.
- Financial Acumen: You’ll manage your budgets, control costs, and work closely with leadership to ensure sustainable performance.
- Strategy & Execution: You’ll work closely with the General Manager, turning strategic goals into frontline execution.
- 5+ years in a senior operations leadership role, preferably in logistics, service delivery, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and deliver tangible outcomes.
- A systems mindset — you spot inefficiencies quickly and fix them properly.
- High attention to detail and the confidence to challenge the status quo with data-backed insights.
