Security Operations Manager - Auckland

Allied Security is a privately owned, nationwide company delivering security services to a wide range of customers for over 28 years.

This role is an opportunity to join NZ's leading Security provider at a Operations Manager level.

The Regional Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of service across our client base, whilst supporting our Operations team as part of their daily duties.

The role is Sunday to Thursday.

Experience in managing staff is essential along with the ability to lead a team to ensure high levels of service.

The successful applicant will be providing and developing skills in the following areas
  • Staff management and development.
  • Recruitment and HR management.
  • Client Liaison and Management.
  • Training and development.
  • Rostering
  • Daily/Weekly Reports
Ideal applicants should have the following.
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Security License or Ability to obtain one (no criminal convictions in last 7 years)
  • High Level of personal presentation
  • Ability to work in a wider team of a dynamic fast-moving business.
  • Relevant computer skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Full NZ Drivers License
  • Be active and physically mobile
  • Ability to maintain and develop stakeholder relations
