Service Delivery Coordinator
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you are critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way. You will be based at our Waikato Operations Centre.Hours: Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 15:30 About this role: Daily interaction with delivery agents, courier drivers, Rural delivery drivers, customer service team and warehouse staffMonitor and improve productivity within the contracted delivery teamAssist with customer queriesBe involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and asking for solutionsUndertake vital administration tasksIf you have exceptional leadership capabilities and are looking for a step up in your career we would love to hear from you.
