About the Role:

• Prepare grill, short order menu items, cabinet food, light baking, and bread making
• Run daily kitchen operations following food hygiene standards
• Stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste
• Lifting up to 20 kg—applicants must be physically fit
• Train and support other kitchen staff
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and health & safety compliance

About You:

• Minimum 3 years of cooking experience
• Experience with short-order menu preparation preferred
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting
• Flexible with start and finish times
• Reliable transport required
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
