Automotive Phone Sales Representative

We are looking for a confident and motivated Phone Sales Representative to join our team.
This role involves handling inbound customer enquiries, identifying vehicle parts, preparing quotes, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls and customer enquiries professionally
- Build strong relationships with customers, workshops, and trade clients
- Follow up on leads and quotations to secure sales
- Process orders and coordinate with warehouse staff
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Previous phone sales or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive parts knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
