B2B Sales Rep
BMB Autocare is a rapidly growing provider of premium car detailing products, accessories, and industrial car wash equipment. With a stable business foundation and a high-energy team environment, we are looking for a proactive Sales Rep to spearhead our market expansion.
The Role: In this role, you won't just be managing accounts; you will be the driving force behind our growth. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building lasting relationships, and executing strategic sales plans across the Auckland region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Proactively identify and convert new business leads while maintaining high retention with existing clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.
- Conduct on-site visits to clients, primarily focusing on South and East Auckland.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in Sales, idealy in B2B.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in the automotive industry (parts, car care, or detailing products) is highly preferred.
- Drive: A goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for achieving results.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A Full & Clean NZ Driver’s License is essential.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Valid visa to work in NZ
This is a full-time role. Our head office is based in West Auckland, with travel required across the city.
