We’re looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our team, at our Britomart store. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, share your knowledge and passion for the Mons Royale brand, and help create a welcoming, community-driven retail experience.
What You’ll Do- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visitor has an engaging and memorable in-store experience.
- Build strong connections with our local fan base and act as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain high store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness, and product knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting your colleagues and foster a culture of collaboration.
- Stay up to date with Mons Royale’s products, values, and sustainability mission to educate and inspire customers.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for outdoor sports, sustainability, and the Mons Royale brand.
- A proactive, team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Ability to work 4 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
