We’re known for our fresh, seasonal brunch menus, made from scratch French pastries, baking, and top notch coffee.Our team environment is fast-paced, collaborative and always evolving.
The Role: ?As Head Chef, you’ll lead a kitchen team and work closely with the owners on all aspects of kitchen operations. You’ll influence seasonal menu development, staff management and training, food costing, stock control, and maintaining high standards across the board.
What We’re Looking For- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Head Chef or senior leadership role
- Strong skills in menu planning, costing, stock control
- A calm, organised approach and strong leadership skills
- A strong understanding of quality, consistency and speed in a busy environment
- Weekend availability is essential
