Customer Service Manager
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Client Success Manager to join our team and help drive client engagement and retention efforts. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, lead the client success team, and work closely with our accounting and finance experts to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the accounting and finance sector to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Lead, mentor, and manage the client success team to achieve performance goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and promptly resolve any issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting and finance professionals, to meet client needs.
Monitor client engagement and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
Develop and implement client success strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with professional services.
Provide regular reports on client feedback, satisfaction, and service performance to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)alternatively Minimum 3 years’ experience in client success, account management, or customer service .
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret client data and feedback.
Problem-solving mindset focused on client outcomes.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
