Lone Star Manchester Street is on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team. With the new stadium opening soon, this is a busy, high-energy venue operating 7 days a week for lunch and dinner service.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent role offering stability, competitive pay, staff discounts, and the opportunity to manage a well-established restaurant supported by strong systems and a hands-on leadership team.
What we offer- Full-Time, Permanent position
- 35+ hours per week across 5 days
- Pay rate: $32–$35 per hour (based on experience)

About you
You will have:- 1–2 years’ experience in a management or leadership role within hospitality
- Liquor Licence Controller Qualification & Duty Manager’s Licence
- First Aid Certificate (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Evening and weekend work
- Leading, motivating, and managing a large team
- Roster management and general administration
- Stock control and ordering
- Staff recruitment, induction, and training
- Strategic planning to support business growth and performance
