Chic Restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager / Restaurant Manager to lead from the front and deliver an outstanding dining experience.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, leads with confidence, and is passionate about building and developing a strong, motivated team. You will be responsible for setting high standards on the floor, ensuring seamless service, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar leadership role
Strong ability to drive service and maintain high standards at all timesA natural leader who can mentor, motivate, and support a team
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Excellent organisational and communication skills
