Christchurch - Civil Foreman

Hourly Pay + Company Vehicle

• Monday to Friday + Training & Further Development
• Min 3+ Years Foreman Exp + Class 1 & 2 License

I'm on the hunt for an experienced Civil Foreman who can bring their operating skills and leadership abilities to a trusted and successful Civil Construction business in Christchurch. If you're looking for secure work and a large forward workload into 2026, bring your expertise at getting the job done to my clients ever expanding Civil Earthmoving team.

This role will also work on a variety of large-scale subdivisions, land development and commercial sites.

What we are looking for:

• Foreman/ Supervising experience in Civil Construction
• Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred I.e. Excavators, bulldozers, rollers, dump trucks etc
• Full Clean Class 1 licence with WTR (Class 2 preferred)
• Willingness to be on the tools and in the trenches when required
• Strong work ethic with good communication skills
• Competent with Health and Safety procedures
• Site Safe Passport (Preferable)
• Ability to pass all pre-employment checks
• Right to live and work permanently in New Zealand (required)

• $35 - $42 pr/h (Experience dependent) along with a company vehicle
