Role Requirements:
Drainage Foreman: At least 5 years' experience in civil drainage, with at least 2 years as a foreman or supervisor.
Relevant qualifications or certification in drainage, water, and civil infrastructure.Current licenses 1,2,W,T,R.
Certifying, Registered, CCC Approved.
Good organisation and planning skills.
Must be able to interpret plans.
Confidentiality works out heights and levels.
Good communication and leadership skills, mentoring your team.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ensuring works are completed to targeted dates, completed withinbudget.
Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and other contractors.
Ensuring all health and safety, quality regulations & company procedures are being followed.
Compliance and best practices are met.
Delivering high-quality assured works.
Drainlayers: Minimum 3 years' experience.
Be reliable, trustworthy, and team player.Be able to read plans and configure levels and Hights.
Health and safety focused.
follow company procedures and guidelines, and QA mindset.
Hold relevant licenses to the field IE: National certificate, CCC Authorized, Certifying or Registered drainlayer.
Hold class 1 license, W,T,R. (or more)Have de-watering experience, pump knowledge.
Know how to bench manholes and have a good eye for quality.
Hold: STMS, site safe, Confined spaces, first Aid, is an advantage.
Laborers: Minimum experience 2 years.
Be reliable, trustworthy, and a team player. Not afraid of getting dirty as it is a physical job.Hold current driver's license. WTR or more is an advantage. Must have own transport.
Manhole benching experienceCompaction equipment, concrete saw use, assisting with setting lasers for Hights, levels.
Operators: Minimum 3 years' experience.
Reliable, trustworthy, and a team player.
Hold relevant licenses to your field IE: 1,2,4,w,t,r
Have site safe, first Aid, is an advantage.Have experience in de-watering, deep drainage trenching, Backfilling, and finishing works.
Knowledge around earthworks and civils is an advantage.
Experience excavating within shields and manhole boxes.
Experience on excavators 5 ton - 30 ton, rollers, dumpers
Safety focused.
Machine maintenance and careThis role does require Laboure work and assisting the team on the ground.
All roles require.Confidents, highly motivated, reliable, excellent communications, great work ethic, must be able to work independently at times, willing to work as a team, and high quality
workmanship standards. And all must respect others.
All new employees will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
