We're looking for an experienced Ribraft Foreman to lead a skilled crew on residential and commercial foundation projects in Christchurch. At this stage there is so much work line sup but not enough boots on site. If you're confident on the tools, know your way around a plan set, and can guide a team with ease, please apply or get in touch for a confidential chat.

To be considered, you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Foreman or Team Lead in construction with experience in foundations.
• A mature and responsible attitude as you'll be leading a crew and setting the standard on-site
• Proven ability to lead, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Legal working rights in NZ

The role includes:

• Leading and mentoring a team on-site
• Profile and setout work
• Reading and interpreting plans and specs with accuracy
• Solving problems quickly and effectively
• Maintaining top-notch health and safety practices
• Working on long-term, high-quality projects
