• Ara Whiwhi MahiYou will have the opportunity to work cohesively with your team and other leaders to manage, coach and develop your people to provide quality services and better customer outcomes.In this varied role, you will:Support your team to develop and build their capabilities to deliver better business outcomes and ensure a positive employee experience, including managing both on-site and remote team membersEncourage your team to continually look for opportunities to improve services for customers across all channels and productsActively manage and coach your people to provide end-to-end customer service, enabling a ‘right from the start' approach.Role model leadership behaviours and deliver on customer and performance outcomesAct as a point of escalation or provide assistance to support the resolution of complex issues and achieve better outcomes for IR and its customersSupport the health, safety and wellbeing of your peopleAbout you
