We're currently seeking a Team Leader Vehicle Detailer who is keen to join our dynamic company in Christchurch on a full time permanent basis.

• Lead, support and motivate the vehicle detailing team to deliver consistently high standards.
• Quality check team members work to ensure all vehicles and work areas meet Mad Campers presentation expectations prior to collection.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and on-the-job training to team members as required.
• Proactively preparing vehicles for collection, including TAs, grooming, quality checks, kitset restocking, safety checks, and organising extras.
• Complete routine deep cleaning of vehicles and equipment.
• Manage ordering of cleaning products, consumables and detailing supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Advise management on staffing requirements, workload demands, and resourcing needs.
• Assist with show-throughs, drop-offs, and traveller support when required.
• Maintain clear and timely communication across all departments.
• Assist the fleet department with COFs, licensing, and registration tasks.
• Complete general duties as required.
• Support the broader business across dynamic and evolving responsibilities.

• Experience in a housekeeping, cleaning, or vehicle grooming role is preferred
• Be an energetic team player

• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be passionate about travel and the outdoors
• Be an effective communicator
• Hold a full drivers licence
• Able to travel from time to time if required

Standard hours are 40 hours per week and the successful candidate will need to be flexible to work on a Monday - Sunday assigned roster.
