Job Description:We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Auckland. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven ability to manage a fast-paced food service environment.
Qualifications & Experience: Diploma (level-4) in Business / Management / Hotel Management or 3 years of relevant experience can be substitute for the formal qualification
Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate daily restaurant operations
Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsEnsure high standards in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
Monitor stock levels and order supplies as required
Manage budgets, handle cash, and oversee financial reporting
Ensure full compliance with health and safety and food hygiene regulations
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and manage deliveries
