Restaurant Manager

Pay Rate: $30-$32 per hour

A busy Malaysian restaurant in Newmarket Auckland, is seeking experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff members
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints efficiently
• Manage inventory and control costs

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or hold a diploma in Business Management or Hospitality
• Sound knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques used for Chinese cuisines
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team
