Bar manager whose duties will include, the making of sophisticated cocktails, drink service to customers at the bar and table service, front of house duties. Bar cleaning, ordering of stock and the replenishment of fridges. The duties will also include the cashing up and end of shift and closing the establishment and end of service.
Guaranteed 30 hours per week, this position includes weekend work and will be on a revolving roster.
