This is a full-time job, and we require a reliable person who can handle managerial responsibilities independently and expected to make decisions to ensure smooth running of the business.
Position: Restaurant Manager / Indian Cuisine ChefType: Permanent, Full Time.
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Pay rate: $30 per hour.
Location: Te Awamutu
As a suitable applicant you will be responsible for:- Menu Planning, Costing, organising and managing functions and events.
- Stock Management and liaising with suppliers.
- Liquor management and compliance in the restaurant
- Restaurant / Kitchen Staff Management
- Building relationship with customers and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining all financial records of the restaurant
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- A current LCQ qualification/Managers Certificate.
- Level 5 /higher qualification or 3 year relevant work experience.
- The ability to motivate and direct a team to offer outstanding service
- Excellent communication skills
