We are setting up a national chain of neighbourhood smokehouses (Smokeland BBQ). Five are open now and we have 3 more locations (with great visibility and low rent) if we can find chef/owners. We are also looking at several other locations nationwide (one could be near you).
One chef/owner has already expanded their dining room. Another chef/owner has already opened his second smokehouse. Another chef/owner has made offers on other locations so he can open another Smokeland. They are all doing catering and farmers markets.

We have figured out how to set-up our Smokehouses quick and inexpensively - and they pay-off fast.
We have learned that we need bigger dining rooms and the customers want beer with their ribs n chips. SO - We are adding our own microbrew beer and our new locations are larger.One chef/owner has already expanded their dining room. Another chef/owner has already opened his second smokehouse. Another chef/owner has made offers on other locations so he can open another Smokeland. They are all doing catering and farmers markets.
Our door delivery (Uber and Door Dash) business is really good at each location.

Disclaimer – this is not a get rich quick without investing time or money deal. You WILL have to work hard and invest some money – but a lot less money and work than setting-up any other similar food service operation AND – since there is high demand and little competition – success is easier to attain.
