We are an established Canterbury owned building company specialising in energy efficient new home builds. Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to further expand our team.

Your new role

• Conduct viewings and follow up on show home leads
• Follow up enquires from our online marketing
• Promote our brand at home shows
• Present the many features and benefits of building an energy efficient home.
• Gather information and be the link between your clients and our Architects.
• Help clients through their choices of products we will be installing in their new home.
• Provide helpful advice and solutions on what would best suit them and their lifestyle.
• Maintain contact with clients throughout the design process.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a strong desire to succeed, being industry experienced with proven results will be an advantage. A willingness to learn and expand your knowledge along with:

• Excellent negotiation skills
• The ability to offer creative input into design ideas
• Knowledge of the Christchurch residential market
• The ability to work weekends
• High ethical values with a strong desire to look after your clients to the best of your ability
