Summer Lodge Custodian and Chef!

These are live-in, paid positions at the mountain lodges at 1400m a.s.l. and require fit applicants with excellent English and communication skills.
One position involves cooking for the visiting school groups, while the other involves operating the goods lift at the road, and acting as a person to guide school groups to the tarns in Upper Bills Basin. Both positions involve working together and with the school groups to keep the lodge clean and functional.These are live-in, paid positions working at the Temple Basin Ski Club lodge at 1400m a.s.l. during the week, with weekends free. Applicants should be fit with excellent English and communication skills.
Key skills required:Cook: + Previous cooking experience for large groups.
+ Previous experience working in commercial kitchens.+ Highly organized and reliable.
+ Personable with a positive attitude.
+ Knowledge of Temple Basin or club ski-fields.
+ Interest and passion for the mountains and alpine environment.
+ First Aid certification
Custodian: + DRIVER'S LICENCE - small manual truck driving required
+ Good physical condition to walk up/down 480m vertical to the road to operate the goods lift.+ Previous experience navigating and travelling in summer alpine environments.
+ Interest and passion for the mountains and alpine environment.
+ Previously demonstrated ability to work and communicate well in a small team.
+ Ability to manage and instruct groups of adults and children.
+ First Aid certification.
