About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Chefs to run the kitchen. The Chef will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed, on a flexible 7 days week roster

Role Requirement:

The chef will need to work with other members of the Bar and Restaurant to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
The preparation and cooking of food
The proper storing and enforcement of hygiene regulations
Estimating costs and ordering food supplies
Must have Good knowledge about NZ beef and other meats as we are Steakhouse and Specialized in all type of meats
Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages

Designing special items for any functions held.

Number of Position Available :- 2
Employment type := Permanent Full time ( Minimum 30 hours per week)
Region :- Rotorua ( Bay Of Plenty)
Hourly Rate :- $25.00 per hour to $30.00 Per hour

Experience :- Minimum 1 year of Commercial Kitchen Experience

Have a passion for cooking
Driven, hardworking, creative, able to multitask, and a good team player
