About the Role The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-quality support across the Finance team. You will deliver accurate and timely administrative support to the Finance Manager and provide accounting assistance to the Senior Financial Accountant, while also contributing to additional projects and research as required.
A key part of the role includes providing cover for the Finance Payments Officer, ensuring continuity of service and accuracy in financial transactions.In addition to supporting core finance functions, you will contribute to wider organisational priorities such as equity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Strong collaboration and relationship management will be essential, along with a commitment to health and safety, compliance, and risk management. This is a role where attention to detail, adaptability, and a solutions-focused approach will enable you to make a meaningful impact.About you You bring knowledge and understanding of financial systems and are confident in applying this to support effective processes and outcomes.
With the ability to work well under pressure, you remain focused and organised, consistently meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.Your strong verbal and written communication skills enable you to engage effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
