Admin/Receptionist - Dargaville

The Role

This position is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills and a positive attitude who enjoys working in a supportive environment. Hours can be flexible, and school hours may be available for the right candidate.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, while also assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to support the team.

What you’ll be doing
  • Greeting clients and answering incoming calls/emails in a professional manner
  • Managing client appointments and maintaining the office calendar
  • Preparing documents, letters, and reports as required
  • Assisting with client onboarding and filing of records
  • Supporting bookkeeping team with general administration tasks
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
About You
  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception role preferred (but not essential)
  • Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – experience with Xero or other accounting software would be an advantage
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a team-focused attitude
