The Role
This position is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills and a positive attitude who enjoys working in a supportive environment. Hours can be flexible, and school hours may be available for the right candidate.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, while also assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to support the team.
What you’ll be doing- Greeting clients and answering incoming calls/emails in a professional manner
- Managing client appointments and maintaining the office calendar
- Preparing documents, letters, and reports as required
- Assisting with client onboarding and filing of records
- Supporting bookkeeping team with general administration tasks
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Previous experience in an administrative or reception role preferred (but not essential)
- Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – experience with Xero or other accounting software would be an advantage
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Flexible and adaptable, with a team-focused attitude
